Transforming Lives

We've made a huge difference for thousands of Men and Women

returning home from jail/prison and addiction centers in the Twin Cities!

About REnet

The Reentry Employment Network (REnet) is a DBA of the Construction Career Training Program (CCTP) a non-profit organization that was first established in 2003 that provides men and women exiting incarceration and treatment centers with individualized work readiness training, one-to-one mentoring, and direct connections to receptive construction and manufacturing employers with job and career opportunities.  CCTP was founded in 2003 at Adolfson & Peterson Construction Company, one of Minnesota’s largest union contractors, under the leadership of David Adolfson. With a mission that focuses on employee and employer success, we collaborate with dozens of Minnesota employers and community-based service providers.

REnet personally engages in a process that prepares and directly connects clients to careers in the construction and manufacturing industries that otherwise might not be accessible.

Our Goal

To break the destructive pattern of failure, reduce victimization, create more success in the transition from incarceration and recovery treatment programs to community.   Since its founding, CCTP has placed thousands of participants in meaningful, full-time employment.    In 2020 CCTP rebranded as REnet to encapsulate our expanded vision and a reflection of our placements and relationships across all industries.

Our mission is for meaningful employment for returning citizens from incarceration and addiction treatment centers that are highly motivated and determined to turn their lives around. REnet enables people who have barriers to employment  the opportunity to succeed in the construction and manufacturing trades, by connecting ambitious applicants to forward thinking construction and manufacturing partners.
